VITANOVA offers two different service areas: One is for treatments and massages, and the second one is the thermal circuit.

The attractive and fully equipped indoor thermal circuit covers an area of 1000 m2 and offers the following components:

Hydromassage pool with sea water at 34º Celsius
With water jets for standing position, hydromassage beds, cervical jets and strong jacuzzi in the centre. Offering a great feeling of relaxation and alleviation of muscle tensions.

Swimming pool with sea water at 28º Celsius
Pool measuring 18 meters length and 3 meters width, located in an attractive corner, decorated with canarian balconies, plants and offering a view to the garden.

Relaxation pool with sea water at 38º Celsius
Hydromassage in a pool with seats. The high temperature produces a dilation of the veins, which will decrease the blood level in the brain because of the improved capacity of the veins in the extremities. This is why a feeling of deep relaxation is felt.

Toning pool with sea water at 10º Celsius
In order to stimulate and tone up the body. The cold water now produces a contraction of the veins, after the dilation that was produced earlier in the warm water. By repeating this contrast several times, the blood circulation is activated.
This pool equals 50% therapeutic benefit of the whole thermal circuit!

The foot massage path
Walking on small pebbles which give a massage to the sole of the feet while cold and hot water jets (10ºC - 40ºC) help to unblock and stimulate the blood circulation at the height of the calf.

Bi-thermical shower with essential oils (40ºC - 10ºC)

Sauna (90ºC and 10% humidity)

Turkish bath (45ºC and 100% humidity) with essential oils
Hydration of the skin and the respiratory tract by using liberating essential oils, especially eucalyptus.

Roman therma (50ºC and 70% humidity) with essential oils
The high temperature and the humidity together with essential oils with draining effect, are ideal to detoxify the organism by sweating.

Seasonal feeling showers with essential oils
From winter to summer, these four showers offer the colours (cromotherapy), the aromas (aromatherapy) and temperatures of each one of the four seasons. Jets and sprays are complemented with essential oils of different therapeutic purposes and make the shower circuit a fun and very agreeable therapy.

In order to fully enjoy this thermal circuit, the client needs to dispose of about three hours time. Instructors are always present to give personalized advise about how to use the facilities.

Facial beauty treatments
They are done with three types of products, whose main components are based on natural plants, essential oils, marine extracts and cellular complexes which with their biological activity regenerate the skin's natural functions.Combined with electro-therapy and different types of facial massage, they offer the right solution to all type of problems with the facial skin.

Thalassotherapy and body treatments
Salt, mud, algae and natural botanical products, sometimes combined with electro-therapy (with either draining, lipolitical, reaffirming and toning effect), and with massages that are adapted to every need, produce the great physical and mental feeling of well-being which you have been looking for!

Massages
A large variety of massages is offered at the spa & wellness centre: From deep relaxation to the reloading of vital energy there is the Shiatsu massage, the "sensitive massage" and the "massage with hot stones" among others. There are more specific massages to complement slimming diets, such as the lymphatic draining, the modelling and slimming massage and the circulatory massage, which combined with thalassotherapy body treatments and sessions in the thermal-circuit will offer spectacular results, without having to follow strict diets.

The centre also offers facial massages which interact with and complement some of the beauty treatments, especially the anti-wrinkle treatments and other facials regarding the draining and reaffirming of the skin.

Therapeutic solutions for problems of the inflammatory type, contractures, muscular distentions and sports injuries are offered with therapeutic and sports massages, manual hydromassage jets, anti-inflammatory envelopments and of course the
sessions at the thermal circuit.
